Studio Rules

1. Respect the Time Slot

• Your rental includes setup and breakdown within your scheduled hour(s). Please arrive on time and wrap up at least 5–10 minutes early to clean up.

2. Leave It as You Found It

• Tidy up your area before you leave. Dispose of any trash, return furniture/props to their place, and wipe down surfaces if needed.

3. Equipment Use

• Continuous lights, modifiers, and colored lighting are available for use. Handle all equipment with care. If something isn’t working, let us know—don’t try to repair it yourself.

4. Backdrops & Setups

• Seamless and cloth backdrops are available. Please do not step directly on seamless paper unless discussed beforehand (additional cleaning/repair fees may apply).

5. No Unsupervised Guests

• Only individuals directly involved in the shoot should be present. No walk-ins or additional guests unless approved in advance.

6. MUA & Hair Area

• A designated area is available for makeup artists and hairstylists. Please keep it clean and remove all personal items/tools before leaving.

7. No Smoking, Vaping, or Open Flames

• For safety reasons, these are strictly prohibited inside the studio.

8. Respect the Building & Neighbors

• Keep noise at a reasonable level, especially in shared buildings or evening rentals.

9. Damages

• Any damages to equipment, props, or the space will be billed to the renter. Please report any incidents immediately.

10. Liability & Insurance

• Renter assumes responsibility for all individuals in the space during the session. Business insurance and/or a signed liability waiver may be required.
